Extra Person Policy for Day Guest: (8AM TO 6PM)

1. Swimming Charge is P170.00 for Adult & P160.00 for child per person (for extra person of Day Hotel Guest) From 8Am to 6:00PM

 

Extra Person & Bed Policy for Bed & Breakfast Guest: (2PM TO 12NN)

1.  Extra Bed is Complete Package set of Resort Usage, Hotel Accommodation with Bed Foam, Pillow, Blanket & Towel with Breakfast. It cannot be availed Alone.

2. Each room has a corresponding number of Maximum capacity. Extra Person or “JOINERS” and “SQUEEZE INS” shall be charged with a Fee of P300.00/Head.

3.  NO EXTRA CHARGE for child sleeping or Sharing with parent provided child is 7 years old and not above 4 Feet Tall. Otherwise, Charge is P200.00/child.

4. For Security Reasons, we close the gate by 10:00PM. All Visitors of in-house guest who will stay beyond 10:00PM shall be considered as Checked in Guest and must pay P300.00 per visitor.

  

Standard Check IN, Check Out & EXTRA HOUR. – 22 HRS ACCOMODATION

1.  Standard Check in Time is 2:00PM & Standard Check out Time is 12:00 Noon

2. Extra Hours will be charged PER HOUR and charges will depend on what is the room category that stated above. As long as the room is used by the Guest.

3. LATE CHECK OUT:

   • Allowable Extra Hour is until 3:00PM only. Beyond 3:00pm will be considered another payment for 22 Hrs accommodation.

  

FREE Breakfast:

1. Breakfast serving is from 8:00AM to 10:00AM only. No extension

2. Breakfast cannot be converted into DINNER or LUNCH.

3. All breakfast is served plated unless the guest occupies all the Room for buffet.

4. Exclusive for Bed & Breakfast Guest Only.

FOOD & CORKAGE:

1. Hotel guests can bring food inside the rooms but no cooking allowed inside the rooms.

2. Alcoholic beverages have corkage:

   • Hard liquor: P150.00

   • Red Wine:   P 120.00

   • Beer / Case: P150.00

STAYING AT THE RESORT AFTER CHECK OUT:

1. GUEST are required to get a KUBO Cottage (P500.00) if the guest want to stay longer at the resort after check out. Entrance is not needed.

2. Cottage usage is Until 6:00PM only.

 

ADDITIONAL GUEST HOTEL POLICY:

1. Please Give us 5-10 Mins just to check the guest room.

2. Smoking is not allowed inside the Room.

3. The only number of guest inside must be the maximum capacity of the room they paid.  Excess Person will have additional charger

4. Do not do Drugs or commit any other criminal act in the hotel room, if you do, you will be arrested.

5. Observe Silence customer’s resting. (MAGIC SING IS NOT ALLOWED)

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. All Children must be accompanied by an Adult (18yrs old and above)

8. Extra charges upon the Breakages & Losses of our Properties.

9. Cooking is not allowed.

10. Royal Palm Hotel is Not Liable to any Losses or Damages of your property.

11. Billing Policy Our Transaction is CASH basis only. Major credit card will be honored soon.

12. Room Charges are required with guest signature. (SOP)

13. Hotel Housekeeping Time 8:00am to 6:00pm

14. Lost Key Room  is automatically charged P200.00
