Call ahead to book an appointment to ensure hassle-free service.

BE ON TIME WITH YOUR BOOKING:

We highly appreciate your arrival thirty minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a hassle-free experience. In our Services, 15 Minutes Shower and 15 Minutes Sauna usage is Inclusive. A fifteen-minute grace period is likewise provided, however please understand that delays cut into your treatment time and your slot may be given to walk-in guests.

ATTIRE DURING SERVICE:

We provide Robes and shorts during our services for our guest to relax during their treatment.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Inform us if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of prior to the service. The Spa Wellness reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion.

QUIET.

The Spa Wellness is a haven of tranquility. We request that you lower your voice when talking and mobile phones on silent mode as not to disturb the other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

NO VALUABLES.

Do secure your belongings. We provide lockers for your belongings to avoid worries during treatments. Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.

SAUNA.

Sauna Usage Add ons: P100.00 for 15Minutes Usage. Sauna Attire is Towel only.

Feel free to bring disposable underwears or extra underwears.

RESPECT

Treat our therapist with Respect. They were trained to be professional. Guest who will harassed our Therapist will be reported to Police immediately. We don’t Accommodate EXTRA SERVICE because it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

CANCELLATION.

Our trained professionals are here to provide the best service possible. As a courtesy to them, please call at least three hours before if you are unable to make it.

WAITING GAME.

Our spas have limited space. As a courtesy to others, please meet your companions not undergoing treatments including children after your service.
